Welcome to M Driving School. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our driving lesson services, including all bookings made via our website, phone, or email. By booking a lesson with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both M Driving School and our learners.

1. Bookings

All driving lessons with M Driving School must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking as early as possible, as availability is subject to instructor schedules and demand, particularly during peak periods such as school holidays and weekends. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive details of your lesson date, time, and pickup location. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate at the time of confirmation. If you need to make changes to an existing booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request based on instructor availability.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our learners. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to reallocate the lesson slot to another learner and helps our instructors manage their schedules efficiently. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (“no-shows”), may incur a cancellation fee. The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of booking or can be confirmed by contacting our office directly. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking privileges.

3. Payments

Lesson fees must be paid in full prior to or at the start of each lesson, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing with M Driving School. All current prices are listed on our Pricing page and reflect the most up-to-date rates for our services. Please note that prices are subject to change from time to time, and any updates will be reflected on our website. We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience; please contact us if you have questions about accepted payment options. Any packages or bundled lesson deals purchased in advance are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Instructor Conduct and Vehicle Standards

All instructors at M Driving School are fully licensed and insured driving instructors who meet the relevant regulatory requirements set out by NSW driving authorities. Our instructors are committed to providing professional, patient, and safety-focused instruction tailored to each learner’s individual pace and needs. All lessons are conducted in fully insured, dual-control vehicles that are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure they meet appropriate safety and roadworthiness standards. If you have any concerns regarding an instructor or vehicle at any time, we encourage you to raise them with our office promptly so that we can address them appropriately.

5. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are required to hold a valid NSW learner licence for the entire duration of their enrolment with M Driving School and must bring the required identification, including their learner licence, to every scheduled lesson. Lessons may not proceed, and cancellation fees may apply, if a learner is unable to provide valid identification or licence documentation on the day of the lesson. Learners are also expected to arrive on time at the agreed pickup location, dress appropriately for driving, and follow reasonable safety instructions given by their instructor throughout the lesson. Learners under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those who pose a safety risk, will not be permitted to undertake a lesson, and standard cancellation terms will apply.

6. Liability

M Driving School takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our learners, instructors, and vehicles during every lesson. Our instructors are trained to manage on-road risks and our vehicles are equipped with dual controls as an additional safety measure. However, driving lessons inherently involve certain risks, and M Driving School shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic incidents caused by third parties, mechanical failures beyond reasonable maintenance expectations, or actions of other road users. Learners participate in lessons on the understanding that reasonable safety measures are in place, but that no guarantee of an incident-free lesson can be made.

7. Changes to These Terms

M Driving School reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our services, including booking or attending any lesson after changes have been published, constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage learners to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
