Terms & Conditions

By booking a driving lesson with M Driving School — via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the student, or a parent/guardian if under 18) and M Driving School. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting our instructors' time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are published on our Pricing page.

• Payment is required before or at the time of your lesson.
• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.
• Package payments must be made in full before the first lesson in the package.
• Prices may change without prior notice — always confirm the current rate at time of booking.
• All toll charges are fully included in the Motorway Lesson price ($75).
• No lock-in contracts — you are never required to pre-pay unless you choose a package.

To maintain a safe and professional environment, all students must follow these standards:

• Follow all safety instructions from the instructor at all times.
• Carry a valid learner or driver licence for every lesson — no exceptions.
• Arrive on time and be ready at the agreed pickup point.
• Do not use a mobile phone or any distracting device during lessons.
• Do not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement.
• Treat the instructor and the vehicle with respect at all times.

• Dangerous, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate lesson termination with no refund.
• Students under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to drive. Full charges apply.

The safety of our students, instructors, and the public is our highest priority.

• The instructor has full authority to take control of the vehicle at any time using dual controls for safety.
• If a student is deemed unsafe to continue, the lesson may be terminated immediately. Charges still apply.
• All lessons use a fully insured, dual-control vehicle meeting all Australian road safety standards.
• Students must wear a seatbelt at all times during lessons.

M Driving School maintains comprehensive vehicle and public liability insurance for all lessons.

• In the event of an accident caused by a student's negligence, the student (or parent/guardian) may be required to pay the insurance excess.
• M Driving School is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss not directly caused by our negligence.
• We do not guarantee passing the driving test. We provide the best preparation — outcomes are determined by Service NSW.

• All lessons use our fully insured, roadworthy, dual-control vehicles.
• Students are not permitted to use their own vehicles unless expressly arranged.
• Intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle may be charged to the student.
• Food, beverages (except sealed water), and smoking are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Contact us to confirm current automatic and manual transmission availability.

Our Test Day Package ($250) includes our vehicle for the official driving test plus a 45-minute pre-test practice lesson.

• Test bookings are subject to Service NSW availability — contact us early to secure your date.
• The student is responsible for booking their own Service NSW test appointment unless otherwise arranged.
• The 45-minute practice session occurs before the test and cannot be rescheduled to a different date.
• Same-day Test Day Package cancellations are subject to the full $250 charge.
• If Service NSW cancels or reschedules your test, we will arrange a new date at no extra cost.

M Driving School collects personal information solely for the purpose of delivering driving lessons and related services.

• We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
• Your data may be used for booking confirmations, lesson reminders, and service updates.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
• We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and applicable NSW privacy regulations.

M Driving School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
